Amen again, Deborah1611!

You hit the ol' nail right on the head :^ )

In the aptly named Dark Ages, when the Roman church was in control, she declared and published her doctrines and beliefs, her rules and her "anathemas", without fear of contradiction as any who might dare question her would soon find themselves in one of her dark and bloody dungeons facing torture and death.

However, when enough Christians revolted against this whore of Babylon, when there were simply too many for her to murder, she "repented" and, wise as the serpent, she "explained" that what she said, she didn't really mean! It was simply a big misunderstanding.

This is still her modus operandi. When what she teaches is made public and challenged, as in the case of her infamous "outside the catholic church there is no salvation", she explains it away!

"No, no, no!", she protests, "you don't understand. It doesn't mean what it says."

This is the same tactic she uses on those rare occasions when she resorts, reluctantly, to the Bible to "justify" her unjustifiable doctrines.

Read Trent and the other "infallible" councils. Read her CCC. Read her "early church fathers".

YES, it does mean what it says. It's just been "cleaned up" so as to continue deceiving as many as possible without "losing face" with the world.

When once again she is in power, temporarily, in league with the antichrist, all who will not bow down to her in consent and agreement with all her blasphemies, will soon find their necks under the blade of the guillotine:

Quote:
Rev. 20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was
given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for
the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

It is no secret that the church of Rome denies that the Lord Jesus Christ will reign literally on this earth for a literal one thousand years. It is no wonder, she "sits a queen", Rev. 18:7, and desires to share her throne with no one, not even or especially not with the Lord Jesus Christ!
