unless you found some secret scriptures that contradict the ones we already have I can only assume you are talking about what some men said later and after the fact.

Peter did not start the Roman church. it was begun by those returning from the first Pentecost in Jerusalem and nurtured under Priscilla and Aquila

Peter was not present at the time Paul wrote because he clearly says it is not his practice to build upon anothers work. he also has the personal promise of the Lord Himself that he would go to Rome and stand before Ceasar (not Peter)

Peter and James were apostles to the Jews while Paul and barnabas were apostles to the gentiles

there is absolutely "NO" evidence that peter was ever any kind of bishop in the Roman church let alone a monarchical bishop. in fact Rome had no monarchical bishop until the late second century. the practice actually began in the east and worked westward

now if you have something concrete. Let it rip

All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work. (2 Timothy 3:16)
