Amen to you, Radar!

Doug said something true as well, Jesus was called the mother of her Lord.

Guess what? Sarah called Abraham Lord, did that make Him God?

I want to add something for thought:

Jesus was fully Human and fully God.

Two natures in one person.

When Jesus walked upon this earth, He faced all the thing a human being, us, would.

Didn't He?

It was blasphemy against His humanity that was forgiven. Not His Divine Nature.

Are we now seeing this?

Mary, was the mother of Jesus humanity, thus she was not the Mother of God.

The Word Lord was used in those days to address men. Did you know that? By addressing a person as Lord, didn't make them God, did it?

Thus, Mary is not the mother of God. She is the mother of Jesus Christ, His humanity.

So, the statement Mother of God is actually deceiving and not true.

She had no part of His Divine Nature. He always was and always will be! And guess what? His Divine Nature didn't die on the cross, either!

Guess what died? His Humanity! The Divine Nature didn't die.

How about that?

If you want full explanation of His Humanity with Scripture, ask me and I will do it later.

I have a Dr.'s appointment this morning and have no time.

I did it once somewhere, but I can't find it! :lol Figures!

Two Natures, Humanity and Divine, and He was fully Human as well as Fully God. Two Natures given, but one person.

Just as a born-again Christian. We have the Holy Spirit dwelling in us, but we are a human. In us, it is called, The Flesh and the Spiritual. Amen?!

I know that they are different, but that is a good example of two natures in one person.

A spiritual nature and a fleshly nature.

A person who is lost cannot possess the spiritual nature. They are just a fleshly nature. There spirit is dead. Thus, when they become born again, their spirit is quickened, thus made alive.

Are we seeing this?

I hope so!

In Christ,

Deborah
