Really? Prove it. You see, I only point out that lies are lies. I never say that the truth is a lie. The simple fact is that there are anti-Catholics out there who publish books, articles, etc. I proved that the piece posted by Budge was wrong and yet she never even attempted to refute that because she knows she can't.

"And it makes no difference that a lot of these writers were Catholics for years and years. But as soon and they left the high and mighty RCC, they automatically became someone that is always wrong or worse. THAT is what is "typical"."

No, what is typical is that you miss the point is that the people you are referring to actually do make mistakes, or just plain lie, about the Catholic faith. We demonstrate this and you guys never refute it. That's what is typical.

"I personally can't blame Budge for saying that talking to you is a waste of time."

And I can't blame you for being typical.

"Just once, ONCE, I would like to see a Catholic agree with something that an ex-Catholic says about something that is wrong with the RCC."

It's already happened here many times. Many times I, and other Catholics, have denounced priests and bishops for the sexual abuse of the last 40 years -- just like Protestants have denounced it.

"But it's just too easy to call someone a liar if they don't happen to agree with your brand of "truth" any longer."

Actually, it is just too easy to call someone a liar when they are a liar and the evidence is posted right on the internet.

"I doubt that will ever happen though. I figure I'd have a better chance of getting a ride to the moon on a submarine."

Uh, yeah Cheezit. Why not try? After all that sounds like a rather Protestant mode of transportation.

"Don't like it. That's just too bad."

Don't like the truth? Just be Protestant and ignore it then. Oh, wait, that 's what you do already.

Now, is anyone, especially Budge, actually going to develop the courage to actually defend what she posted? Probably not.
