Budge2,

>While you speak of Vassula not supporting the New Age, I read her site, I saw the New Age promoted in her words.

Hey, give me the link man. That should be interesting since what I read is different.

>JESUS IS THE ONLY WAY

AMEN! Indeed, LOVE IS THE ONLY WAY. Agree?
(you said God is Love remember?)

>Why would Jesus have had to sacrifice himself on the cross if anyone could get in?

I am saying that those who do acts of LOVE but don't know the name Jesus in their life can go to heaven because JESUS=LOVE
Who said that those who do evil can go to heaven?
Not anyone can get into heaven.

>The Entire NT is about coming to faith in Christ. If the apostles had believed the way you did, they would have said ah, those pagans and unbelievers are all nice, we dont need to teach them the truth, we can leave them alone. These men often DIED to bring people the truth and make a stand. It wasnt about warm fuzzies and false peace, dialogues, rap sessesions, Kumbuya everyone hold hands.

What's NT?
Amen, it's all about coming to faith in Christ.
By knowing and learn to understand Jesus, people can grow higher in Love. That's why the apostles want more people to know LOVE/Jesus so that these people can grow bigger in LOVE.

>This is one reason with rare exceptions that the Catholic church even tells people to witness their own faith. They speak of doing good works but never preaching the gospel.

I somewhat agree with the RCC on this one. Say, what's the point of knowing the bible literally, like knowing everything said in the bible (word by word), but not doing acts of Love. It is better for you not to read the Bible at all and understand the Bible. How is that possible? Bible is teaching LOVE and doing acts of LOVE is understanding the Bible itself. But of course, the Bible is a good way to learn how to LOVE.
Do you think when we die, Jesus is going to ask what you know about the bible? ex. Tell me my son, what Luke 3:1-10 say? OR Jesus is going to ask the acts of Love that you've done on earth?

>Universalism

Man, that's quite scary. To tell you the truth, I don't believe in Universalism. Hey, we have an agreement here. = )

"It says that all mankind, even those who have openly rejected Jesus, those who have willingly committed horrible crimes and died without repentance, and without the covering of Christ's blood, will enjoy a future with God"

And I never said that those who have openly rejected LOVE(Jesus Himself) can go to heaven. Rejected LOVE meaning also that they don't do acts of Love. In here they believe that all mankind, those that even reject LOVE and don't do act of LOVE will enjoy a future with God. WRONG!
I never said that. I said that those who do acts of LOVE can go to heaven, those who reject LOVE and don't do acts of LOVE can't go to heaven.

>Universalism can lead to complacency. It can easily lessen the concern for salvation and repentance. In this, there is danger.

Yep true.

>THe UU church started off as a Christian church that merely denied the divinity of Christ 1500s through 1880s. Today they sponser the Hemlock Society, gay marriage, have huge amount of Humanist and pagans, and support abortion. Most no longer accept a Christian God. Christian universalists are a rare breed within the UU (www.uua.org) umbrella. Universalism leads to destruction and more lies.

Wow, they're scary. I better stay away from them = )

And does anyone of you understand that JESUS=LOVE. Seems like you guys still don't understand it. Feel free to read JESUS as LOVE or vice versa. It's the same.

Thanks
